Our Story

Purrung Pty Ltd was established with a simple but powerful idea:
to build a sustainable business that supports the next generation of Indigenous youth.

Our founder, Danial Walker, is a proud Wemba Wemba man and lifelong advocate for Aboriginal affairs. He grew up in the Koori community and comes from a family with a deep history of leadership β€” including his grandfather, a founding member of the Dandenong and District Aborigines Co-operative.

What Purrung Means

The name β€œPurrung” refers to the Tree of Life β€” a symbol of support, resilience, and growth.
